- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Kudos to Harrisonburg and the Department of Public Transportation for offering door-to-door service on small buses that accommodate wheelchairs. I accompanied a lady to the doctor today and was so impressed by the courtesy of the drivers as they provided the special assistance she needed. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Never take into consideration about the complaint. So many reasons given out for buses not coming on time, it's has been late like more than 5 mins. I even missed the bus from transfer hub because a bus didn't reach before 1:30 to catch another bus. Overall, disappointed with the services during summer.By Sitara Ahmad, November 21, 2016
