- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆DuPont should be ASHAMED of themselves. I waited on hold for 15 minutes to speak to someone when finally the machine told me to press star to hold my place in line. I waited 35 minutes before calling back and placing myself in line again. When someone finally called me back they let it ring one time under "RESTRICTED" and then hung up leaving me a voicemail to call back if I needed them. Never even left me an extension I could call back to. This is not the first time a situation was handled unprofessionally. I have never had a problem before my first bad experience but with this level of unprofessionalism, I feel like I should take my banking needs elsewhere.
