  We all know that government agencies are slow at some point but when workers doesn't work as fast as they can people become angry, my stars are considering this points, First-time I was here there was a greedy lady who treated me bad manner. Second time I went through the dmv website to know what I do really need to get the things I needed to come back, only thing was the waiting time. I didn't took pictures of the waiting room because a security officer was behind me, it's a place where you can do all but waiting time is very important for the happiness of all the costumers. Third time I'm considering to deal with other office outside Harrisonburg this place is a headache no joke.

  Great and courteous staff! Arrived approximately 8:04am this morning and 25+ people already in line ahead of me. The wait wasn't so bad and plenty of seats for everyone. The staff was very polite and helpful.

  The services at this location is horrible. Went in one Tuesday to reserve a appointment time for on Wednesday and was told I had a two pm appointment the next day. Come in to find out that I hadn't been scheduled and had to wait for almost two hours just to get to the counter and then had to wait another half an hour to get finished at the counter. Was told my license would come in the mail in between 7- 10 days and it does but turns out that my license hadn't been renewed and would expire TWO days after I got it in the mail. Went back in the next day and again had to wait over two hours to be helped. Wouldn't recommend this DMV to anyone unless no other option was available and even then better come prepared for a long wait and to be disappointed with the service you receive.
